at Sheldon’s Express Pharmacy

Sheldon’s Express Pharmacy is proud to offer an extensive line of
Diabetic supplies, and many Diabetic services, thanks to our Certified
Diabetic Expert, Kelly Maston. She can fit you in a new pair of Diabetic
shoes or provide you with the latest Glucose Meter. Diabetic shoes are
paid for by Medicare and Medicaid. If you are on Medicare or Medicaid,
you are generally allowed one pair of shoes and 3 pair of insoles per
year at no cost to you.

Kelly arranges to have representatives come in at least a 4 times yearly
to give away the lastest in Diabetic glucose meters. Call to inquire about
upcoming events featuring meters such as "One Touch" and "Free Style"
meters.

Kelly is available Monday through Friday for all your diabetic needs.

Medicare and most private insurance will pay for diabetic supplies,
regardlessof whether or not you are insulin dependant. We can help
you to determine if you will be eligible. You may not owe anythihng
if you have Medicare and a supplemental insurance. We bill Medicare
and your insurance company, so that you will not have to hassle with
claim forms, or wait for reimbursement.
